If a Trade embargo is put into effect on China, and your country honors it, expect to lose all access to parts. What works though is finding a decent bike for a good price in springtime in the Northern Hemisphere.

Thebest part of the bike is the motor. Working it through the gears and relishing the exhaust note is a real pleasure as that 270° crank gives so much character to the bike. By comparison, the 180° of the Ninja 400 sounds unrefined, while the RC390 sounds like a tin pot. If you buy bikes on the sound, the CF should be on your short list.

Ihave an 800XC that has been reliable, less than 1,000 miles. I've had one issue, the hot stall issue, that was addressed by the dealer and I have not had any other issues with it. I also owned a Kawasaki Prairie 650 (2003) with close to 5,000 miles on it.
